BOE Looking For A Few Not Quite Good Enough Men

November 1, 2011

Fresh off the resignation of Jason Tribiano and seeing as how there weren’t that many takers for the open seat, the BOE has come up with an idea that’ll be win-win for everyone.

“I think who ever loses the municipal election should just come over and get on the Board,” superintendent Spagnoletti was quoted as saying, “That way those who didn’t get on council will still serve the people. That is, if they really want to serve the people.”

The superintendent pointed out the benefits of being on the BOE like having really short meetings and getting to be in charge of more taxpayer dollars. When asked about upcoming measures to move BOE elections to  November, the superintendent stated that it would be the best of both worlds because who ever loses the municipal election would automatically have their names put in for any open BOE seat.

“It’s shared services at its best!”, he remarked.
