Fore! Goodness Sake, Why A Golf Course?!?

April 1, 2014

Galloping Hill Golf Course is Union County Freeholder’s latest jaunt costing $17 million to have folks tee off would make taxpayers teed off if they knew about it. The 9 hole golf course will have golfers go around twice to pay-to-play in Kenilworth off the GSP. Knowing Union County residents, a miniature golf course would’ve been a bigger draw to people from Kenilworth, Plainfield, Roselle Park, Union, Roselle, Linden, Rahway, Roselle, Winfield Park, Garwood, and other blue collar towns that make up the county. But hey, if you got it flaunt it I guess.

We’re sure though that Union County Watchers will screw this up and make it about Democrats and Republican instead of all union county residents.

Watch out for the watchdogs and the county. It should be a great exercise in futility.
